Tiffany Hoffine, CPA

Tiffany began her career as an audit professional with Deloitte & Touche, progressing to the Senior Manager level before joining Forrer & Associates in January 2003. While at Deloitte, Tiffany founded and ran an external mentoring program that paired women in the company with high-level executive women in other organizations. “The further up the chain of command you move, the fewer women there are ahead of you to look up to,” she explains. “It provided a great forum to expand our horizons and find women in the community we could model after.”
At Forrer, Tiffany is a role model for new recruiters. “I try to always conduct myself in a manner that presents a good example for those newer to the industry,” says Tiffany, who earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clemson University. Her main business goal is relationship building. “Every decision I make is guided by my desire to form long-term professional relationships with both my clients and candidates” she says.
Tiffany herself is often on the move; she and her husband have visited every continent except Antarctica. A resident of Morningside, she studies French and is treasurer of the board of Ahimsa House, a safe haven for animals displaced due to domestic violence.
